CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservation cancellations are subject to cancellation fees per the following schedule:
All cancellations are subject to a minimum of 17% or up to 100% as applied to the following conditions.
1. Cancellations made within 30 days of placing the reservation and at least 30 days or more prior to the reservation run date are subject to a minimum of 45% of the total reservation costs.
2. Cancellations made after 30 days of placing the reservation (please remember your limousine has been reserved and held off the market during that time) and at least 30 days or more prior to the reservation run date are subject to a minimum of 50% of the total reservation costs.
3. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation run date are subject to a minimum of 65% of the total reservation costs fee.
4. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date is subject to a minimum of 100% of the total reservation costs.
5. Exceptions for Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the reservation and at least 30 days or more prior to the reservation run date are subject to a minimum of 17%, for 7 days prior to the run date 45% and for 3 days prior to run date is 65%. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to run is 100%.
NOTE: AA Elegant Limousine may at its discretion, on a case-by-case situation, wave part or all cancellation fees when a reservation is postponed as opposed to being canceled.
